Remettre le tout \u00e0 cuire. Une fois la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \u00e9paissie, ajouter la g\u00e9latine. Le tout sans jamais cesser de m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me en chantilly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9barrasser la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, filmer au contact.
