Ajouter la farine, la ma\u00efzena, le rhum et un peu de lait pour que le m\u00e9lange ne soit pas trop \u00e9pais. Faire chauffer le lait dans une russe. D\u00e9s que le lait est ti\u00e8de, incorporer le m\u00e9lange tout en fouettant. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sans jamais arr\u00eater de fouetter.
